Qualification: 12th pass, Graduate, Fluently English speaking candidates are allowed only.
AGE RANGE: 21- 30 Years
Timing : 9 to 9 window ( 9 Hrs Duty)
WEEK OFF: 1 Day (Rotational)
Experience: Minimum 1.5 year experience in sales is mandatory.
Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in a similar role.
Required Skill (s): Smart presentable good communication English mandatory.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Flexibility to work fixed day shifts and onsite in Kolkata.
