Vacation Guides
Come to work with one of "Indiana's Best Places To Work" award recipients! RCI's Indianapolis call center is currently seeking candidates available for full-time Vacation Guide opportunities. This position encompasses both the entry and operating levels of skill and responsibility focused on competently selling a full range of products and services to members and customers.
Successful candidates will combine customer service and sales skills to assist our members with planning resort vacations. Vacation Guides must also display excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability to successfully meet member needs. This position requires achievement of individual, team and departmental targets through effective sales and service delivery.
Your work schedule will include four evenings throughout the week and one weekend day either Saturday or Sunday. You must be available for dayshift
training Monday - Friday for the first 4 weeks. Bi-lingual Spanish or French call center experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have 6 months sales and customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Internet navigation skills and computer proficiency is a must.
• Bi-lingual Spanish or French a plus
