Job Description


We’re looking for a project manager to provide excellent technical knowledge and experience of asset production at scale to join our growing creative & experience production team. You will be responsible for managing adaptation and localisation briefs across Digital, Press, OOH, and Brochure asset deliverables. Working across multiple client accounts the central client workflow is vested in creative asset and toolkit ingestion to produce regional variants.

You will support the technology lead on the management and development of the client platform, Explore. Explore is the client management and production ordering system,of which you will be the Day-to-day contact for all system related queries (incl. logins, system queries, client training or general enquiries about the system), monthly financial reports, production and timesheet control. Ensuring the seamless delivery of projects that meet our clients’ creative ambition, production values and commercial targets.

Requirements

  • Checking briefs prior to system submission – ensuring that all aspects of the brief are correct, managing client expectations around agreed SLA’s
  • Develop client relationships and actively support retention and development
  • Giving client guidance on managing the system/most efficient and effective ways of working
  • Making template recommendations if automation is not used (to ensure that clients are able to meet their KPI’s)
  • Coordinating between client and internal team to ensure all issues are recorded and resolved
  • Manage client interface platform - regular UX audits, troubleshooting system errors
  • Producing high volumes of assets in multiple languages and formats for multiple media channels and delivery (primarily Digital, Press, OOH, and Brochure assets)
  • Production QA and brand guardianship
  • Work closely with client management team and production resources to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on brief, on time and on budget
  • Support in developing and maintaining internal production processes and workflows
  • Communicating with vendors where necessary
  • Booking and managing internal resource
  • Work closely with the Project Director to form best practice solutions and manage new template requests
  • Develop asset related process documentations
  • Reflect the agency’s values and culture at all times


Qualifications


What you’ll need to bring to the role (Skills and Experience)

  • Proven experience of working in advertising or fast-moving brand/marketing environments with localisation production work exposure (4 years minimum)
  • Extensive experience in fast paced media asset production account, overseeing all aspects of brief ingestion, project and resource planning, overseeing all asset production, asset delivery and financials
  • Extensive experience in PRINT and DIGITAL DISPLAY media adaptation and localisation
  • Ability to prioritise effectively across a number of projects, managing time and resources according to each production's requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of print and digital media production workflows
  • Ability to work under pressure calmly and effectively, and to tight deadlines
  • A fierce sense of responsibility and ownership, and a commitment to delivering best practice and value
  • Adept at building relationships at all levels and inspiring confidence in successful delivery of projects
  • Good team player; collaborative but also a good self-starter, able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Methodical, proactive self-starter with an eye for detail
  • Proven ability to provide excellent client service
  • You will provide solutions, suggest process efficiencies and introduce better ways of working
