Your new responsibilities
- Monitor and track progress of the program and report status updates to stakeholders
- Create and maintain program documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues to program delivery
- Analyze data and provide insights into program performance to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the program
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery
- Attend meetings and provide updates on program status to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the US and Europe
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in program management or related field
- Experience in product development, product engineering, and technology change management
- Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed and experience
- English is a must
