1. Why is this role really critical to us?

  • Accountable of executing robust strategy of Red segment for generating high value segmented gross addition in line with the overall Vodafone Turkey’s inflow vision & goals


How will you spend your time at Vodafone?


  • Require range of skills from market and customer research/insight, shaping and strategizing paid & owned marketing communications around customers’ business drivers, and enabling best-in-class customer experience in all touchpoints
  • Drive partnership deals to reach customer groups order to strengthen Vodafone’s position
  • Be flexible on taking responsibility of other roles (product, commercial etc.) where needed to build a collaborative team environment and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality “Modern Marketing” perspective.
  • Identify key opportunities and innovative product models in the market through data analysis, competition benchmarks, extensive market research and understanding customer insights; moreover presentation and demonstration ability to influence key stakeholders up to including board level decision makers is also expected
  • Identify possible traditional and digital media channels and platforms for integrated marketing communication campaign
  • Brief & lead go to market and 360 communication plans working with Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing and Media teams
  • Apply data management platforms (Audience manager, CVM Clusters, Big Data Models) to understand and identify target audience profile segments, market segments and potential marketing mix for integrated marketing communication campaign
  • Formulate hypotheses to construct and execute A/B tests in order to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, personas, and journeys
  • Use data and analytic tools effectively to resolve customer issues and identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges
  • Share experience to make every chapter member capable of leveraging & using the technologies that change the marketing environment for our customers

You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:


  • BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering
  • Has strong commercial mindset, ability to define marketing and sales opportunities
  • Has analytical thinking skills in every aspect of work and pays attention to details
  • Comfort in working with excel models and analyses
  • Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing business field, and good at handling ambiguity

  • Knowledge and experience of agile working model and/ or ability to adapt to agile working environment and dynamics
  • Good at multi-task management & problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders
  • Result oriented and delivery-focused
  • Familiar with digital marketing (Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Adobe Target etc.) and business analytics tools
